As per CBRE, NewDelhi witnessed a decline in retail rentals of 25% and ranked 69th in rentals among the list of all major cities across the world during the Q1 of this year.
Demand for retail space has decreased in most markets across the world as the consumers are cutting back on their spending and unemployment continues to rise in many countries. New Delhi in India saw a 25% decline in last 6 months.
